If Discreet Marketing does not succeed in producing an acceptable deal within an agreed time frame, we move to a ‘
Teaser’. This extends the net wider – generating specific enquiries etc, but without yet giving away too much about the property.
...before going live with Shock & Awe...
Only if this fails to materialise in a deal do we go live with a
Shock & Awe campaign – the very best marketing material going liveon both our website and the key portals at the same time. This casts the netwide, but with carefully managed and synchronised campaign designed to promotebut not over-expose the property. This will also be multi-lingual.
...then keeping it alive
Even when all the elements of a campaign are right, châteaux as unique as ours do not always find a buyer on their first outing. This is particularly the case when the market is difficult, economies are weak, exchange rates are fluctuating and buyers are pessimistic. Rather than leave a château out there to become stale, we will work with the vendor to follow a more proactive and dynamic campaign that keeps it fresh. This will usually involve a rotation of images, and possibly a change of price. We may even withdraw it from sale for a while, and possibly focus instead on rentals.
