The terraces and 12m x 6m heated pool overlook the River Lot and there is some 200m of river frontage, which includes a small jetty with lockable gates. Relatively slow flowing, it is perfect for boating and rowing. A fishing boat and canoe are provided for guest use. The covered terrace houses a summer kitchen with fridge. There is a large gas BBQ. In addition there is a table tennis table and selection of bicycles for use.
