The heated 12 x 6 pool has views over the River Lot and the property offers direct access to the River with its own private jetty with fishing boat and canoe.

Set in the midst of its own grounds of over 6 acres, the property has stunning views over the River. As well as a beautiful garden, there is a large south facing terrace over the river.

The Chateau is actually set in the north Lot-et-Garonne and is very close to its better known neighbour, the Dordogne. This location offers vistors to the Chateau the best of both regions!
