• All prices are in sterling and are per week, Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 4pm departing at 10am.

• A deposit of 25% is required by the Owner to confirm the booking.

• The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. A refundable damages deposit of £1500 is also required at that time.

• The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £150. Please enquire.

• In Low and Mid Season, electricity and heating is not included.

• In low season, the Chateau may be able to accommodate shorter breaks such as long weekends. These breaks are ideal for golfing, wine tasting and fishing weekends. All these activities can be arranged locally.

• In Low and Mid season, prices may be discounted for smaller groups. For further information, please enquire.

• Please read in full the “Terms and Conditions” which will be provided by the Owner before you sign their Booking Form. This will contain all terms and conditions in detail.

The rental price for 2012 includes the following services;

• Resident House Manager (English)

• 3 hours maid service per day

• Resident Cook/Housekeeper  to shop and cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Butler/Handyman to serve at all meals

Cost of all food is extra and this is arranged prior to your arrival and during your holiday stay with the staff.
