What is it?
Marketing with a teaser advert is a halfway house between Discreet Marketing and Traditional Marketing. Rather than launch adverts with a complete set of details, only a minimum of detail is made public:
- One photograph, that does not identify a property (in the way a photo of a facade might) – instead the photo portrays a sense of the calibre of a property in a more obtuse manner (such as an image of part of the stairs).
- The detail conveys only the broadest idea of what the property represents – size and location – and is written in such a way to create the most intrigue.
Why use a teaser?
For the same reasons that one would consider Discreet Marketing, but with something ‘out there’ generating enquiries.
Does it work?
Very much so. Whilst it may require some patience on the part of the vendor, it can bring spectacular results (such as offer at the asking price to the first visitor – which has happened more than once).
Please note that we only conduct such marketing campaigns with an exclusive mandate.
