We’re thorough!

We undertake arguably the most comprehensive take-on of any agency in France – be warned! It will include comprehensive professional photography as a minimum, and more often than not floor plans dependent on the level of service most appropriate. We’ll be with you for the best part of a day – and may even return if, through inclement weather for example, we have not been able to capture the sort of material we aim to achieve.

The purpose of such a comprehensive take-on goes further than taking photos and details – it also allows us to fully absorb your property and identify its full potential. This is a key factor in our ability to best sell it to potential buyers – both on site, and in communication with them prior to visits as part of their short listing process.
