We visit every single property we manage and get to know it well before launching it onto the market. This normally entails at least one full day spent at the property capturing the marketing material, visiting the local town and talking to your guardian or manager.
As well as undertaking a full take-on, we will work closely with you to understand the property well, in order that we can position it in the market so as to achieve its full potential. We identify core markets but also other subsidiary markets that may extend your season. We also advise what facilities and equipment need to be provided to maximise the rental market and conversely what is not so important!
